Touring the Gardens

HI! My name is Karla and I just visited the Camden Children's Garden. I am one of the “voices” on the educational signage in the Garden.

The Camden Children’s Garden has some really cool exhibits that I think you would love to hear about. So, I'll be your tour guide today. The only thing you have to bring is your imagination.

Did you ever see a 60-foot high sunflower? If you don't think it's possible, then you haven't been to the Camden Children's Garden. A large flowerpot greets visitors to the Camden Children’s Garden with a HUGE sunflower on a 60-foot pole as they approach the entry gate. It's taller than a five-story building! People can even see the sunflower from Philadelphia and from the Ben Franklin Bridge. So YOU can't miss it.

If you would like to become a member of the Camden Children’s Garden, you and your family can enjoy repeat visits for a full year. Membership is a great way to visit the Garden throughout the four Seasons. You can download the membership application, and return it with payment to: Camden Children’s Garden Membership3 Riverside Drive, Camden, NJ 08103. You can also become a member in person, by requesting a membership application at Ginkgo’s Gift Shop.

So take a look at the kids map below. If you want to learn more about each exhibit, select it on the left.
